2023-2026 Program Plan Kickoff Meeting

Cross-Divisional Program Plans support areas that reach across divisions, such as Distance Education, Tutoring, Information Technology, and the Staff Resource Center. This session is intended to provide an overview to program plan leads about the program planning process, and to help prepare leads for writing their 2023-2026 Program Plans.

Program planning is part of the college's integrated planning, program review, and institutional effectiveness processes. Leads will be asked to review and evaluate outcomes from the previous planning cycle, identify equity efforts that have been effective, and develop plans for equity interventions to reduce disproportionate impact.

During this session, participants will:

• learn about the overall program planning process;
  
• receive an orientation to the revised program planning template;
  
• develop an understanding of program evaluation, goal and objective-setting, and budget development;
  
• demonstrate an awareness of program planning timelines and expectations.
