See and discuss ways of avoiding Technostress and Information Overload in the messages you deliver.

Learning how to streamline the communications process--especially in the Canvas learning environment--helps our students engage in their course materials and succeed in their courses (instead of getting frustrated with or derailed by information overload and technostress). DI students, who have more life challenges and less bandwidth to deal with technology-related overload will ultimately benefit if we get better at delivering information.

Participants will be able to identify where they can take steps to avoid causing Technostress or information overload in their delivery of information.
