Web Page Wednesday (Caring Campus)

Our students rely on the SCC website for a wealth of knowledge on how to navigate the campus environment and their academic experiences on a daily basis. As employees, we expect to handle form submittals, search programs, review enrollment, and other professional needs on our website day or night. As such, an important piece of our campus culture and infrastructure our website needs constant care and support.

Web Page Wednesday is an opportunity for us to dedicate a planned, synchronous time to connect with colleagues on website utilization topics and update our content to help ensure our website is a great tool for student success.

Join us to:

• Tour your area of web pages and learn how to submit website changes through the Marketing & Website Support Request form.
  
• Learn about updates from our PIO Crystal Lee and Webmaster Dawn Pederson.
  
• Work with your identified department/program/division team members to create a cohesive, accessible, and functional website for users to enjoy.

Audience

This event is relevant for everyone who is involved in maintaining area websites, including Department Chairs, Supervisors, Program Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Cultural Engagement Center leads, etc.
