About the Event

Spring 2024 Convocation is a districtwide event at American River College and our first in-person districtwide convening in six years! Faculty, classified, and administrative leaders from across Los Rios are working on an exciting program centered around our equity work that features a keynote from Sacramento State President Dr. Luke Wood and a panel discussion with Ethnic Studies faculty from the four Los Rios colleges.

This is an in-person convocation with a livestreaming option available for those faculty and classified staff whose job duties prevent them from attending in person.

Following the convocation program, there will be opportunities to hold individual college (or cross-college) department or division meetings, based on individual department needs and schedules.
