Join us for an insightful session designed to help faculty, staff and administrators navigate the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education.
This workshop will guide participants through developing student-centered AI policies that enhance learning and prepare students for an AI-integrated future. We’ll start with a brief overview of the SCC AI Task Force’s spring report and campus survey results, survey available AI tools, and common concerns and risks.
The core presentation will focus on best practices for crafting AI policies at various levels, emphasizing student success and real-world applications. Participants will learn strategies for incorporating AI into instruction, rethinking assessments, and guiding ethical AI use.
By the end, attendees will be better equipped to develop and implement AI policies that foster innovation, critical thinking, and responsible AI use in their educational environments.
