Join us for a roundtable discussion focused on a transformative journey to Ghana, where participants immersed themselves in the rich culture, history, and vibrant communities of the country. This session will explore numerous topics, this includes how the trip influenced perspectives on African history, cultural connections, and community.
How did the trip serve as a platform for personal transformation, reflection, and empowerment?
The discussion will highlight the broader impact on the institution. We’ll reflect on the academic and cultural influence on campus, fostering cross-cultural understanding, community-building, and a deeper commitment to global engagement.
What lasting changes can emerge within the institution as a result of this experience, and how can the Ghana trip contribute to the institution’s mission of equity, diversity, inclusion, and global learning?
Join us as we reflect on the profound effects of the Ghana trip—on both the individual participants and the institution—as we share insights, experiences, and lessons learned from this impactful journey.
