Building An AI Study Bot

In this session, SCC Business adjunct professor Cheryl Kaufman will showcase the AI study bot she built for students using PlayLab and walk through how it was created—no coding required. She’ll explain the design steps and share practical use cases for instruction and student support. The session includes a live demo and Q&A, but no hands-on lab component.

Cheryl Kaufman teaches Business and Communication courses in the Los Rios Community College District. She brings an MBA and years of industry and leadership experience to her work, with a focus on improving student engagement and making emerging technologies—like AI—simple and approachable for all educators.
