AI Awareness Workshop Series
Topic 3 (of 5): Evaluating AI Tools for Teaching and Learning
Our third topic in the series is highly practical — designed to help faculty explore various AI tools through the lenses of effectiveness, ethics, and disciplinary fit. We will move from abstract discussion to structured evaluation of generative AI tools and examine pedagogical alignment.
Before you join the Topic 3 workshop
Attending the previous topic sessions is not required, but you'll get the most from this topic if you're familiar with some of the conversations from the Topic 1 and Topic 2 workshops about what AI can do and the ethical questions it raises. No hands-on experience is required — we'll explore tools together at a comfortable pace.
