- expanded sexual health services
The training will also highlight how to effectively connect students to these resources to support their overall well-being and academic success.
Participants will learn about opioid use, associated risks, and current trends impacting college communities. The session will cover:
- how to recognize the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose
- step-by-step guidance on administering naloxone (Narcan)
- initiating appropriate emergency response protocols

This training supports a culture of care by equipping faculty and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to emerging health and safety concerns.
