This interactive workshop will provide classified professionals, faculty, and managers with updates on SCC’s implementation of Vision Aligned Reporting (VAR) and how it supports statewide student equity and achievement goals. The session will walk participants through:
- The foundational purpose and progress of VAR at SCC
- How Baserow—a no-code, relational database tool—is being used to centralize and simplify data tracking
- Examples of how teams are already using Baserow to monitor student engagement, support service delivery, and equity outcomes
- Next steps for 2026–2027, including new collaboration opportunities and tools to support program-level planning and reporting
This session is ideal for anyone interested in data-informed equity work, improving internal workflows, or supporting institutional effectiveness through scalable, accessible technology.
