Stories shape institutions. They help us understand where we have been, who we currently serve, and who we aspire to become.

Sac City’s recent designation as a Black-Serving Institution (BSI) provides an opportunity to reflect on the experiences, data, opportunities, barriers, and aspirations that inform our work and institutional commitment to improving Black student success.

Participants will learn how the college is working together to strengthen Black student success through institutional alignment, collaboration, data-informed practices, and shared accountability.
