This workshop will have participants look at their SLOs in order to create assessments that explicitly engage students with them.
We will review the tenets of backwards design and the purpose of SLOs (for learning, for articulation, for program review), and then look at backwards planned assessments from a variety of courses.
Participants will then create their own assessments based on their SLOs in order to prepare for efficient and effective SLO reporting in Spring 2027.
