Districtwide Flex Workshop: Identifying Suicide Risk and How to RespondTuesday, January 13, 9:00 to 10:30 am
This training is split into two parts: the first 30-minute session is for all staff and covers how to identify and respond to students expressing suicidal thoughts, including Los Rios's protocol and after-hours support. The second 45-minute session is for counselors and focuses on using the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale for risk assessment and safety planning.
