In the 2022-23 school year, SCC's classified professionals conducted student surveys to monitor how the college is doing at institutionalizing our behavioral commitments. Part of the Caring Campus initiative includes our Implementation, Communication, and Monitoring Plans, and this survey is part of the monitoring plan for the college.

Distribution to Students

The survey has been provided to students through:

  1. sharing the link via the Zoom chat function
  2. sharing the link via follow-up emails
  3. printed QR code placed at student-facing counters

We, the Caring Campus Long-term Planning Committee thank our Classified Professionals who graciously share the survey with our students.

Intended Use

The survey's intended use is to help the Caring Campus Long-term Planning Committee:

  • gauge how we proceed with our Implementation Plans
  • evaluate the committee's work
  • evaluate the institutionalization of our behavioral commitments

The survey will not be used for evaluative purposes of the service areas conducting the survey. In addition, we will not be sharing specific department/division results.
